Who receives your information?

Vibe Web Design, operating through hello@vibewebdesign.co.uk, is responsible for enquiries submitted through this website. If you have questions about your information, contact this address.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, email address, the existing website you want to discuss (if supplied), the type of redesign and your message. The website also uses a temporary session token and basic anti-spam controls to help prevent misuse of the form.

Why we use it

We use these details to read and respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential redesign and keep a record of the conversation where necessary. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through this form.

How it is handled

Your message is transmitted from the website's PHP contact form through the hosting provider's mail system to hello@vibewebdesign.co.uk. The email and hosting providers may process data to deliver and store the message. We do not sell enquiry details.

Retention and rights

Enquiry messages are kept only for as long as they are reasonably needed to respond, administer a potential project or meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Technical cookies

The secure contact form uses an essential short-lived session cookie to generate and validate a submission token. The site does not intentionally load marketing trackers or analytics cookies.
